Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
- Layer the sliced ham evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
- Slice the log into pinwheel-shaped pieces.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve warm with mustard or your choice of spread.
