- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (if pan-frying)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F if you plan to bake the chicken.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat (if pan-frying) and fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or bake on a greased sheet for 25-30 minutes.
