Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch bites
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- Toss chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until each piece has a light coating.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Return all chicken to the pan. Pour the sauce over and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook, stirring and turning pieces until the sauce thickens to a glossy glaze, about 1–2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve over jasmine rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3–4 days.
