Quick and easy crispy honey garlic chicken bites with a glossy sauce, perfect for weeknights or entertaining.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- Place chicken in a bowl with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until pieces are evenly coated.
- Whisk the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook 3–4 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat and pour sauce over chicken, tossing to coat.
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For gluten-free, use tamari instead of soy sauce. Great for meal prep and easy to scale up for gatherings.
