  3. Cook the feta for about 1-2 minutes until it starts to melt slightly and the edges begin to crisp.
  4. Carefully crack the eggs over the feta, spacing them out.
  5. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Let cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the egg whites are set and yolks are runny.
