  • 3 stalks Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 1 large Egg (for sealing)
  • Cooking Spray or Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and imitation crab meat. Break up the crab meat thoroughly as you mix.
  2. Add Flavor: Fold in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
  3. Heat the Oil: Preheat your oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot.
  4. Prepare the Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Gently flatten each piece with your hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Fill and Seal: Place about a tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold it over and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  6. Fry: Carefully drop the filled bombs into the hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn golden brown.
