Description
Golden, crispy potato slices that are easy to prepare with the air fryer, perfect for a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the potatoes into thin, even rounds; a sharp knife or mandoline works wonders for achieving uniformity.
- Combine the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until every piece is beautifully coated.
- Arrange the coated potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them for even cooking.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through to ensure both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer when done, garnish with fresh herbs if you like, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, choose starchy potatoes like Russets. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
