- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill with the chicken mixture.
- Roll the wraps tightly and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until the wraps are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
