- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, and your favorite sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and add a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture.
- If desired, top with fresh lettuce or sliced tomatoes.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside, and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot alongside your preferred dipping sauce.
Notes
