  • 4 large tortillas or wraps

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and add a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture.

  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside, and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
