  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, heat a little oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (around 1-2 minutes).
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken and slice into tender pieces.
  4. In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender (about 3-5 minutes).
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return the sliced chicken to the pan to heat through for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with the creamy sauce and sautéed vegetables, garnished with green onions.
