- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic and Mushrooms: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender.

- Make the Sauce: Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Mix the Chicken Back In: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
