- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Layer the hash browns evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the hash browns.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything in the dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
For an extra crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Prep the night before to save time in the morning.
