Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your breading station with flour, beaten eggs mixed with lemon juice, and grated Romano cheese.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and coat it with Romano cheese.
  5. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook the breaded chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
