Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, then mix in the melted butter.
- Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and baking soda until well combined.
- Add a pinch of salt and fold in the all-purpose flour just until combined—don’t overmix.

- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
