Description
Delightful and crunchy banana chips made easily in an air fryer with a hint of cinnamon and sugar.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice the bananas as thinly as possible, ideally about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl until well blended.
- Coat the banana slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, tossing gently.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool the chips before serving; they’ll crisp up as they cool.
Notes
For added flavor, consider a touch of nutmeg or swap white sugar for brown sugar.
