Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into small oval-shaped koftas.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the kofta for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
- Serve the kofta warm, topped with the creamy garlic yogurt sauce.
