  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, shredded cheese, cream or cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix everything well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
