- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cream or cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cooked shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, shredded cheese, cream or cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Great served with a fresh garden salad or roasted vegetables. Add extra cheese on top before baking for an even creamier texture.
