- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, and chopped parsley in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Carefully roll the tortilla around the filling, tucking in the sides to create a secure wrap.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them in half, and serve warm.
Notes
