- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken bites in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, let the coated chicken sit for 10 minutes before frying.
