Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. You might want to line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
- Spread the barbecue chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded cheese and sliced red onion.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
