Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter until well blended.
- Add sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Add chocolate chips if desired, mixing them in gently.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and serving.
