Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine the mashed bananas with melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
