Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese prominently in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Create small wells in the veggie mixture and crack an egg into each well.
