Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis (about 2 cups sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Slice the zucchinis: Using a sharp knife, slice the zucchinis into even rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Toss with seasonings: In a large bowl, mix zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the chips: Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry: Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Cool and enjoy: Once they’re golden brown and crispy, remove the chips and place them on paper towels to cool.
